Andrew Hunt
Design team member Andrew Hunt holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois – Chicago, where he received a graduation prize for best studio project, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tulsa. Born in Missouri, Andrew grew up in a Victorian house renovated by his parents, which instilled at an early age a fascination with construction and woodworking that continues to this day. His professional experience includes multi-family housing, residential and commercial interiors, and exhibition design. He is interested in how materiality affects the way a building is experienced and architectural representation. Prior to his career in architecture, Andrew toured internationally as a bass player in country music bands and worked between gigs as a cabinet maker. When not in the studio, you might find Andrew learning pedal steel licks on his guitar.
