Jonah LaDuca, born in upstate New York and raised in Portland, Oregon, is a graduate of IIT’s College of Architecture where he earned the nickname “Need for Speed” for his ability to learn and apply knowledge quickly. At IIT he was a Crown Scholar, AIA Medal for Academic Excellence recipient, and was selected as nominee for the Art Institute of Chicago’s prestigious Schiff Award. Jonah excels at material exploration, rendering and digital fabrication, and when not in the studio, you can find him building cedar strip canoes.
